Fully automatic tablet tube filler and capper machine.
This machine takes tablets from its hopper, aligns them and strwams them along its 20 seperate channel tablet filler conveyor to automatically layer fill the tablets into tubes which are automatically loaded into the placement slots by the tube placement system.
Currently set for:
- 20 tablets per tube
- 60 tubes per minute maximum
-Tablet size 16mm round, 4mm thick
-Tube specs: 17.5mm dia x 92mm height
Electrics: 3/60/208 , comes with automatic tube feeder, 20 channel filler ,double vibratory bowl for stopper, vacuum pick off, control panel and lockable castors.
