EBM Portal robot line to handle square products to offer them to a wrapper.
Able to handle square products (currently rice waffles) of 80 x 80 x 4 mm at a speed of 600 per min.
To install this line it takes a ground space of 11 x 50 meter.
Description of the installation:
The intention is that the EBM a folding machines loads.
The installation processes uncoated rice waffles as from external random supply to the formed packaging.
By means of two separate supply systems which each are consisting out of: a Streamer, transport links, vertical in-feed; flexible shuttle, product carriers, turn around loop system and unloading station, with this system the un coated waffles are offered to gantry (portal) robot.
