STANDARD MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS:

This machine originally supplied to pre-purge the bottle head-space with steam, place (pick&place turret) rubber stoppers and apply 28 mm ROPP Aluminum closures on 200 (dia. 58.5 x h 146 mm) and 500 ml (dia. 75 x h 190 mm) glass bottles of clinical food (intravenous fluids etc.) at a speed of 20.000 bph.
Later the machine was converted: stopper turret removed and brand new turret (pick&place) for plastic “spikable” closures (with pre-fitted rubber stopper) – thread diameter 28 mm, overall 33.4 diameter x 37.5 mm height - fitted.
Other modifications include air/water mouth rinse, nitrogen head-space injector and under-cover nitrogen flushing system (under closures prior to pick&place).

• Adjustable capping head rotation speed!
• No bottle/no cap & no cap/no bottle controls.
• Stainless steel & plexiglass guarding
• Air-heated stainless steel cap hopper (1m2) with 6 m long transfer conveyor
